Emerging perspectives
How AI reshapes human collaboration
Most organisations are still designing AI as a tool layered onto existing workflows. But a more fundamental shift is underway: AI is becoming an active participant in how work gets done. In this session, Umang Bhatt from University of Cambridge’s Centre for Human-Inspired Artificial Intelligence (CHIA) shares insights from experimental and real-world settings to help leaders anticipate these shifts. For CIOs, the question is no longer just where to deploy AI, but how to design teams that include it — while maintaining trust, coherence, and human judgement.

Panel discussion
AI governance in practice: Lessons from finance for every industry
As organisations accelerate their adoption of AI, governance is becoming a strategic priority rather than a compliance exercise. Join Alan Lim, Director, Financial Infrastructure & AI Office at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Celine Le Cotonnec, Chief Data and Innovation Officer at the Bank of Singapore and James Fong, Technology Workflow, Risk, Security Solutions Leader – Asia and Korea at ServiceNow as they discuss why robust AI governance is essential for enterprise deployment, and what C-suite leaders must do to anticipate risks while enabling responsible innovation.
Moderated by Irene Liu, Managing Director, Financial Services, Accenture, the session will explore how practical governance frameworks can translate principles into operational practices, while sharing cross-industry lessons on scaling trusted AI beyond pilots to enterprise-wide adoption.
